About the event
Join me at  Abbot House for a 2.5 hours festive calligraphy workshop where you will how to write on ceramic baubles using the faux-calligraphy technique.
 
 You will learn:
what is faux-calligraphy
the basic strokes that form letters
practising writing the alphabet,
joining letters to form words, 
practising writing festive words and phrases.
Using the technique you've learned, you will add festive words and phrases to the provided baubles.
 
All materials are provided and for you to keep to continue your practice at home. 
Your calligraphy kit includes:
workbook with practice sheets, templates and guidelines 
2 baubles
There will be different sizes and colours of pens to use during the workshop.
 
The workshop is suitable for beginners and it doesn't require neat handwriting or drawing skills. You will be guided through the essentials of faux-calligraphy with demonstration and 1-2-1 guidance.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You will not receive any paper ticket through the post; you will be sent an email confirmation with your order number, which will suffice in case of enquiry. Select the WORKSHOP - No shipping option in the delivery section at checkout.
Please note, tickets cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend, please let me know 48 hours in advance.
